Warranty
We offer lifetime resizing, repairs and adjustments if you purchase one of our products.
If there is a defect, please send us an email or WhatsApp us with photos of the issue as soon as you detect it. If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item for you. If it is not caused by a manufacturing defect but by normal wear and tear, we will repair it with a fee.

Returns Policy
* Items can be returned within 7 days from delivery date if they are not up to your satisfaction.
* Items must be returned in original brand new, unworn condition in it’s original packaging.
* A restocking fee of 5% of the item’s purchase price applies.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain jewelry items, including custom pieces and sale items, are non-returnable. These include:
* Custom or Engraved Products: Special orders or personalized engraved items.
* Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned
