Shipping Method: We utilize FedEx International Priority for all jewelry shipments. This premium service provides reliable tracking and expedited delivery, ensuring your precious items arrive safely and efficiently. FedEx International Priority also offers robust insurance options, further safeguarding your purchase.
Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $50 applies to each shipment, regardless of the order size or destination. This fee covers the cost of secure packaging, insurance, and expedited shipping via FedEx.
Insurance and Value: For your peace of mind, all jewelry is shipped fully insured at its full appraised value. This comprehensive insurance covers loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the unlikely event of an issue, we will work directly with FedEx to resolve the claim and ensure you receive appropriate compensation.
Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your FedEx tracking number. You can easily monitor your package’s journey in real-time through the FedEx website or mobile app. This provides transparency and allows you to anticipate the arrival of your jewelry.
Processing Time: We strive to process all jewelry orders within 1-4 weeks (shorter timeline for some classic style rings and jewelries). Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification email. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will keep you informed.
International Shipping: We proudly offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. While FedEx International Priority typically delivers about 3-5 business days, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs procedures and regulations.
Customs and Taxes: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their country.
